If you are getting "Page not found". that means you are using DEM account to enroll the device. DEM account is not able to enroll fully managed device.
Howdy gents. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos for us. I appreciate it. In this particular video, I'm stuck at the beginning, trying to understand how the heck you get the android device to start the actual enrollment. You state you are clicking on the screen 5 times. I'm lost here. I have a factory reset Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite android tablet. "Clicking" or touching the screen 5 times for me, I don't believe, is giving me the same results you show in the video. I apologize for my ignorance here, but I'm not exactly sure how you get to where you are with your 5 clicks. I followed the instructions on the tablet's screen, and pretty much just did next, next, next until I got to the main screen. I opened the camera app to see if it would scan the QR code from my Intune Portal, which is does not. Unfortunately, this particular Android device is the only one of 2 I currently have to use to test this process. So, would you possible be able to better explain the initial steps to get started? Obviously, others understood and were able to progress, so I'm not sure what I am missing. Thank you for your help.
Hey great video and series. Did you precreate the configuration profile that you updated around 20 mins in to allow Steve to download the apps or was that created automatically when Steve created the enrollment? Thanks.
Can i ask - what licence do the end users require to get this functionality? We have 3-400 drivers (logistics company) id like to get management of the driver phones, however curious on the real world costs on this setup. none of them have a company email address (no requirement for one)
I am so angry with how easy you made this look lol. I always got to the "installing apps" part and it would fail and have to factory reset to continue.
Hi Adam/Steve, i got stuck with one situation and need your guidance in solving it. We have our own .apk file for android devices, these are custom in-house developed applications, i want to deploy the application to Android Corporate Owned Fully Managed devices (Since the device belongs to company). I did it before with publishing them to google play store as a private app but now the size is the problem as it exceed 200MB, so i cannot use this option. I tried with deploying them as Line of Business application but its been 2 days nothing shows on device and even in intune portal it neither failed or success. Question: How to deploy your custom .apk files to android fully managed devices if the file size se more than 200MB? Appreciate your advice and guidance on this matter as i got stuck here from last one week.
Hey guys, have followed all of these steps but somewhere I must have missed something. I get all the way into company portal and then within it I get "Page not found"... We couldnt find what you were looking for. Do you guys have any idea what I have missed?
If you are getting "Page not found". that means you are using DEM account to enroll the device. DEM account is not able to enroll fully managed device.
We use a Blackmagic atem mini as the HDMI capture device, then using OBS to pre-process onto a screen that is then shared. To note that pixel doesn't allow USB to HDMI without a dock from version 4 up, while Samsung will start Dex, the surface due that we are using now appears to be the best so far as it has such a large screen
Intune is the overall MDM product. Company Portal is the user facing app on the client device where users can interact with Intune to get apps, sync policies, check compliance, etc.
A MILLION VIDEOS SHOW THE NEED TO SCAN THE QR CODE BUT NO-ONE IS TELLING US HOW THE STANDARD USER GETS THE QR CODE!! SURELY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO LOG INTO THE INTUNE PORTAL???? ffs
@@IntuneTraining Thanks for the quick response - that would seem the only option NO video explicitly points this out! Nothing within Intune to email / send notication to user / device groups in scope with the token!!😯
Thank you Adam and Steven. Finally this makes things clearer. No dumb questions Adam, because I had the same questions for a long time.

MS call it Zone Touch yet there is a lot of touching. They also don't give you the option to remove an app from just one device.
In my opinion this is no zero touch.. even Samsung Knox isn't a zero touch enrollment. Any other alternatives to enroll zero touch devices?

How to bulk enroll devices using zero touch?😊

Following you since the beginning. Can you tell me, what you use to screencapture the Android Device?

What's the difference between Intune Company Portal and Intune?
Intune is the overall MDM product. Company Portal is the user facing app on the client device where users can interact with Intune to get apps, sync policies, check compliance, etc.
We have personal and work profile. This is because a lot of the apps just don't play nice in a locked down work profile.
android provisoning is so much more easier than than apple! idk why anyone would go with apple!

Ummm maybe just print it out and put it in a location where your staff can scan it, heck you could even put it on your intranet.
