I love your reactions to this 😂 I’ve had the exact same issues with Lookiero; I agree Stitch is definitely much classier. Lookiero insist on sending me Polyester items that just feel cheap however much I ask for better quality bits. Have decided to give them a miss from now on. Stitch fix wins for me; not always perfect but they price match and use Royal Mail for returns!
Your reaction to those shorts and the price - brilliant!! 😂😂 Such an awful box, think you’ve been really unlucky, my last box was really good - could have been a 5 from 5 except if the sizes were right on 3 items, tried to exchange but they didn’t have them in stock. Definitely think it’s worth you trying to get a refund, good luck 🤞 x
What an awful box! As you say, you can only laugh! I love Stitch Fix but haven't tried Lookiero, I was put off by the fact they use DPD as I live in a rural area and don't want to drive 18 miles to drop off a box when I can walk five minutes away to the post office.
I totally agree with this, I live about 4 miles from a DPD drop off box and even that is a faff! Post office is in our village so much more convenient. Oh I showed my sister and we couldn’t stop laughing!!! I’ve asked to change stylist so fingers crossed for next time xoxo
I've just begun Lookiero (two so far) and the third is on its way. I think its the luck of the draw as what I asked for doesn't reflect what I've been receiving. Your box was very boring and uninspiring wasn't it!

Yes I think Stitch fix is much better at getting your style. I feel it’s easier to navigate through the app too.

Have they listened to your preferences??? Yes you can change stylists but I would ask for a refund of your stylist fee. X
I honestly don’t think they have. Thank you for you advice I will ask for a new stylist and try to get a refund. Fingers crossed for my next box 🤞🏼
