Adjust/Modify Budget Cost Amount in Primavera P6

Budget Cost can be assigned in Primavera as Resource or as Expense. If the BoQ cost is changed due to any reason the same can be applied in Primavera, there are several ways to apply changes namely
1) Global change to apply changes directly in P6
2) using Import/Export to and from Primavera and then using excel tool to adjust the cost
Global change tool is used when a systematic or calculated changes applied to all activities, it is recommended for bulk changes applied at the same time.
Global change can be applied to followings
1) Activities (duration, Codes, notes...
2) Resource Assignment (to modify the resources
3) Expenses
Global change is calculated changes based on certain conditions which are controlled using IF-ELESE-THEN statements
