- My windows laptop died without warning, so I'm building a new studio system. The hardware I chose is a refurbished 2017 Macbook Air - nice piece of hardware, but will it perform as a studio laptop in 2024?

Yea... more about the fan in a later video - it's like working on a runway...
nice video but a '17 air is going to really struggle in a lot of sessions and is susceptible to sever battery degradation

yea, I don't think I'll be using this for big orchestral works!
