For all people who are getting confused, yes, the voice for the male “Ami Je Tomar” was DEFINITELY Arijit Singh. However, he was replaced by Tushar Joshi for the film. And this isn’t the first time Arijit’s songs were sung by different singers in the film version. In Kabir Singh he sang Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage but he was replaced by Jubin Nautiyal.
