Brother. I like your videos…. You really need to keep your head up and steady on your takeaway. You are young enough to correct it before it becomes engrained. It will be impossible to have a consistent and repeatable swing with that much movement. Look at all the legendary top professionals, and you will find that almost all of them have a very solid head position. The amount of movement you have up and down is a killer and will lead to all types of really fat shots, and crazy ball fights.

Why the rope skipping? Just to get the blood flowing before you start hitting or is there some hidden benefit?
Yeah and also I really like it because it loosens up your shoulders and legs. I did already do some stretches before this.
