- Here is the simplest solution to the 5x5 Rubik’s cube, also known as the reduction method. It is important to know the solution to the 3x3 BEFORE you watch this video. If you don’t know the 3x3, visit my page for easy tutorials. Share or subscribe for more tutorials!
Thank you I’ve always wanted to learn how to scramble a 5x5
Nice
pfttt ikr
When doing edges, do you like to start doing one color like white for example? What’s your preference?
Honestly just whatever I see first. I'm no pro at 5x5 just like the 2min range
@@Learn_The_Cube thank youu! Btw could you explain how to do the last 4 edges on the 5x5 more? Been stuck on that part
@@laladyadine4672 just set up the cube so that you have at least one "free" pair on top to swap it out with. When you don't have many left, sometimes you need to plan out your "free" pair before you even cut across and form edge pairs
thank you so much!! this vid really helps!!
Would you explain the algorithms please. Do you have something I can write down for 5x5? I can solve most of the cube but last 2 edges usually throw me off. I m having issues with which way to turn the cube during the algorithms
Wdym explain the algorithms
Are there different letters representing different parts of the cube. Like RW means to turn the right side two rows clockwise. How do you know when to do it counterclockwise and how many turns
@@ycitybz its the exact same as normal cubing notation except, as you said perfectly, Rw (or "r wide") is the rotation of both outer rightmost layers. Counterclockwise motion is indicated by an apostrophe, which is "prime" when spoke
ikr i legit cried when i messed up last edges
this helps a LOT thx
What do you mean by broken edges to swap
Thank you.
Nice dude.
What method do you use and how does it compare to this method?
I actually use his method and can average around 2:30. Watch my "faster edge pairing" vid though it's vv helpful
I can solve a 3 by 3 really fast but i cant slove 5 by 5 at all
You deserve more subs you did better than J perm at explaining.😀
After I solve a 5x5 I touch a 3x3 and im like, woah is this a 1x1?
real
@German Empire Roblox YT what
@German Empire Roblox YT I see
@German Empire Roblox YT O sorry I didn't think anyone would care
@German Empire Roblox YT I can delete it if u want
Thank you
thank you so much brooo!
I don't exactly know the name of it but its the the cube between the 2x2 and that weird 3x3 cube. Can you make a video on how to solve it please?
It's called the skewb
How to solve the 6th cube in your display at the beginning of your video
Which one?
At the end as a 3x3? I only know when the top 4 corners are not solved. In a std 3x3. Here you have both top and bottom unsolved.
What
At the snd when we solve 3x3 only four corners at the top are not solved, so I can’t use the same logic here as we have eight corners unsolved. So what methodology do we use to fix the 8 x corners?
@@caink9142 it should just be the same as the 3x3 with 8 total corners, 4 on the top side.
Not really sure what you mean
I only have green yellow edge left what do I do
Edge flip parity algorithm
Still struggling to get the first center
Well the easiest method is beginners method
It is very unclear method 10:29.
I don’t no the three by three Rubik’s cube😢
11:10
12:30
Just do flipping alg
5 by 5
M
To switch: Rw U2 Rw U2 F2 Rw F2 Lw' U2 Lw U2 Rw2
To fix a row that has one of the edges backwards: Rw2 B2 U2 Lw U2 Rw' U2 Rw U2 F2 Rw F2 Lw' B2 Rw2
Some you tubers say there is a 50 % chance of getting parity but I found a way to prevent it
.
UR MOM😊
Ahhhhh so confused!!
Lol
Very bad tutorial
Literally didn’t help
