Taco at Home with Taco Shell Recipe ❤️🌮 |

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup corn meal, 1/2 cup maida, salt and water. Knead for 4-5 mins to form a medium soft dough as shown in the video. Cover and let it rest in a bowl lined with oil.
2. After resting it for 15-20 mins, take it out, cut into half, roll it out and cut circles as shown. Poke holes in them with a fork.
3. Fry them in medium hot oil, take them out and immediately using a belan/rolling pin form the taco shape.
4. For the filling, combine chopped onions, capsicum, green chilli, coriander leaves, tomatoes, lemon juice, corn, salt and any seasoning of choice.
5. Take the taco, add the filling, add lettuce, top with cheese and enjoy!
