Hello, This is the set - seat mat emulator and seat belt buckle emulator. There are two plugs, the seat belt will be bypassed as well, no need to connect anything more. Yes, it is needed to reset the fault code using diagnostic software after the installation. Hello, The emulator bypasses the seat occupancy sensor which is placed only under the passenger seat in W203, it doesn't bypass any airbag, it will not help with the driver seat

Would the airbags still work in an accident? After a long journey, my front left malfunction light comes on then goes off
After installing the emulator the passenger airbag will always work in case of an accident (even if there's no passenger).
