Love Kenworth trucks. Especially those with the big square nose. Lol. ❤😊
Ha ha. Very good Cathy.
Thanks J, well done, all the best for 24, cheers
Thanks Lance. You have a great year too.
Great video as always keep them coming 🇬🇧
Thanks Chris. Sure will.
Great video
Thanks Jess
Cool vídeo 👍👍
Thanks Eric
Hey there John, thank you for this interesting video. The treetop walkway is very cool. Sad that you had some technical problems with the truck. Seems you are a very good mechanic too, you know how to repair many things on the truck. You are a very good, experienced and skillful truckie 😀 I am looking forward to the next video, many thanks, I wish you all the best, stay safe mate 👍😉
Thanks heaps
In Holland the most new trucks and trailers don’t have spare tires. When you got a flat tire you have to call the roadservice. Greatings from Holland.
Are they efficient?
@@Dean_matongera I drive over 40 years and I had 1 flat tire.
Oh no. Not in our company. Imagine all the waiting around. Just change it and keep driving.
I have carted Ingots from Boyne, also took scaffolding in,
Scaffolding? From Boyne?
No I said I took scaffolding into Boyne , I guess someone would have took it out after it was dismantled, @@RoadTrainAdventures
Oh I see. That place is hot on a humid day.
How cool is that old blue transtar💪
Very cool
Well done Johnno mate.I like the truck driving but music is not to my liking sorry. In the members channel it would be nice to have a non music version of the truck driving...
Oh no Raymond. That would be hard to make two separate videos. Most people like the music but I get it that you don't. It's hard to make a video that everyone likes perfectly.
what do you have for power in your truck?
EGR Cummins. Great motor
Great to watch as always. Having spilt coffee over my computer over Xmas I have a lot of catching up to do...
Question: When we swap from summer to winter tires and back they are always checked to be retightened 100km after being swapped; do you do that too?
Thanks Alex. We don't have summer and winter tyres. We keep the same tyres all year round but when we don't swap them out I've never had a problem with nuts coming off. As long as they have been tensioned correctly, no nuts have come loose.
If people change a tyre on the edge of the road, like myself then I will check the wheel nuts 100km down the road because I don't know if I've done them up to the correct tension.
Sorry to say mate when you say your co fellar as Raj we also working in the same industry and you also making videos of transport industry which represent very disrespectful way to represent your co worker on same industry.....
I'm sorry you feel that way. Can you tell me more as I'm not sure where the disrespect was.
Love it all and the music is great
Thanks Jonathan
Thanks, enjoyed watching that. Your background music selection always makes your vids relaxing to watch.
Very good. Not everyone agrees.
G'day Johnno,,
Cool vid as usual.
Best wishes for a safe 2024.
Thanks Craig. You have a safe year too.
Is your 240V inverter hard wired??
I've got it attached using an Anderson plug so I can disconnect it if I want.
John thanks fot the video and the nice view fro the tower greetings The Netherlands
Thanks Geert. Always great to have you along.
Hiya John, crikey, they don't give you much room to move on the engine fixes do they?? Happy new year. Keep on truckin'.
Thanks Charly. No it's all good.

Who's knows. It might have been a touch of the flu but it went away.
Hi john .. love your work. If youre passing through Roma in future, the caravan park opposite information centre has had a cook preparing home style meals .. from his truck in CP carpark! Treat yourself to a night off cooking ! Have enjoyed your journey.
Safe travels,Nathan
Thanks Nathan. I've passed thriving tons a number of times at dinner time and just got junk food so thanks, I will definitely check that out.
@@RoadTrainAdventures Just double checked .. Big Rig Tourist Park .. was the one. Roast & veggies + pavalova circa $24 last Aug.
If you're in town early, phone the office and if the meals are available on the day ,they'll take your name down for a meal, line up and pay say 6:30 ish ..
Will do

Thanks heaps Tony.
Goodday Johno,
I remember this video because of the opening scene the way the
B Double was parked.
Hope you had a great New Year Night in the city we had a spectacular firework display at 2 am across the tram line at the new monster apartment I showed you.
15 minutes of fireworks, burnouts & drunks carrying on, that's inner city living in Melbourne.
Enjoy Sydney
Cheers
Louis Kats 👍
We only stayed in the city until the 9:30 fireworks. Wow. That was a fizzer. Surely it got better at midnight.
Sounds like a loud night for you at 2am.
Sure was & the fireworks didn't seem to go the distance
No good. Only Perth fireworks have made me go 'wow'.
Happy New Year J, another great video, safe travels.
Thanks Tan
Where in Victoria do you hook up 2nd trailer, I often see Doubles heading out past Kalkalo .
We come back to our yard in Deniliquin and hook up there.
I first set eyes on Roma in 1972, worked on those rigs all around the world for 45 years.
Wow. That was a while ago. I trust you're enjoying retirement?
Yes, no problem, pretty healthy, keeping out of trouble, Netflix, TH-cam and naps. PS: I met Neil Mansell back then too, when he had 1 truck, he moved all the rigs, and the rest is history.@@RoadTrainAdventures
Ha ha. Lots of naps. I look guard to retirement. I'd like to have a nice lawn and garden to look after.
How's old mate who got hit by the train.😮
I'm thinking they might change that crossing now
I've been over that crossing many times and do see trains every time I go that way. It's bad news all round. No good.
Johnno they are only flat on the bottom mate lol
Study. What is only flat on the bottom?
When you have a flat tyre lol
@@RoadTrainAdventures
Oh sorry. I'm a bit slow on that one.
Nice bright lights there, greetings from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Thanks Dean. Great to have you along.
@@RoadTrainAdventures cheers
👍
Ha, the look on your face when you said you can’t stand around here playing games you’ve got a load of aluminium to deliver was priceless 😅 love your work Johnno. Thanks for the laughs.
Thanks Karen. I try to put a little humour in.
You sound a bit crook mate. Hope you're looking after yourself and feel better soon
This video was made a year ago. Whilst I'm on holidays in doing some re-runs, like TV.
@@RoadTrainAdventures Ahhh. I missed that. Sorry. Good to know. Happy New Year to you and your family mate.
Happy new year to you too Darren.
@@RoadTrainAdventures Cheers mate
👍
🌌
👍
Interesting route you took on the way to the mine?
How so?
Would have thought Charleville to Roma /Emerald would be better road for a double.
That's a rough road there but it's a little more direct the way I went.
Welcome back! Thanks for remembering to include the map of where your headed love it 😀
Thanks Anna. Yeah I keep forgetting that.
Well done Johnno!
Thanks Virgil
