Leather Crafting, sharpening Owden Bevelers and other misc tools

I picked up some used tools from a Marketplace Vendor. Two of them are the Owden #1 # 3 Edge Bevelers. Wow! After some sharpening they both were like a hot knife through butta!

Edge bevelers are always going dull, its all about the steel.if its good steel its harder to sharpen but once sharp it stays sharp longer. i wish i lived in a mild climate but im in Texas and can only work in my shop part of the year. thanks for your nice comments on Weaver, im subbing to your channel
