The bike was given to me as present, so there was no receipt, and to make things worse the person that I got it off is now dead. Even low the bike is registered to me.
Hi i did not fine that trek was easy on warranty at all. May be you could shed some light on it for me?
It’s hard to know why you experienced that without knowing the individual case. But it’s certainly not my experience with Trek
