Les grandes marées à Saint Malo, c'est toujours un spectacle magnifique et impressionnant, même pour les maloins. A Saint Malo, la mer nous rappelle régulièrement que les constructions se situant sur le Sillon sont situées sur des lieux où la mer est chez elle.
C'est juste magnifique, nous sommes vraiment insignifiant devant la puissance de la nature.
Very smooth recording of the drone but the moment is seriously dangerous, heavy waves of the sea unbelievably struggle with the beautiful shore. I have to say thank you for your video footage but my mind goes with the people who faced the disaster.
don't worry for them, for the locals, it happen a few times per year (mostly in spring), they are used to and the houses are just that strong

@@chrissmith1521 Lots of coastal rock sea fishermen here in Cornwall have been swept out to sea, did they know what they were doing, every 1000 waves, there’s a rouge double wave twice normal height.

for beginners, it's a high tide, in Brittany there is a tidal range of 13 meters, at the low point the sea recedes at one kilometer... and the ramparts culminate at 15 meters.

Parece que el hombre en todo el mundo le gusta construir en lugares de alto riesgo.
Is this the part of St. Malo along the Chaussee du Sillon? And at what time of the year do these fantastic waves appear? I would love to see this spectacular scene with my own eyes.... I have been to St. Malo in summer 2020 when the sea was quite calm. Anyway, I like this city very much and the "Far Breton" in particular 😉
P.S.: Are there any major damages to the houses, when hit by these waves or do even people get injured?

Y a-t-il des personnes qui habitent dans ces bâtiments si proches du bord? En quelle matière sont construites ces maisons agressées par ces hautes marées ? Cela m'interpelle 😮
C est magnifique depuis l image mais quand on est devant cela doit être impressionnant la mer va ou elle veut fait se qu elle veut on ne peut rien faire c est tout elle reprend ses droits

Et dire qu'on a encore des doutes sur le réchauffement climatique. Je parie que ces marées n'ont jamais été aussi aggressives du moins après la construction de ces corniches et digues.
Les remparts ont été construites au 8eme siècle...

Le ralenti fait son effet et impressionnent ceux qui ne connaissent pas les effets vidéos mais ne reflète pas la réalité. Dommage. Les 3 secondes à vitesse normale à la fin nous le démontre.
