My parrot do like that while playing and watching it's own reflection. But many of them said my parrot is female. But this behavior ( open it's wing and make sound) is male parrot behavior right?.

This is really cute, but I sure hope you know what you are doing with your parrot outside and no harness. Even if the wings are clipped, a hawk or an updraft could get him.

I have a parrot like him but he is always scared when i try to put my hand inside his cage to touch him then he bites me
Any tips on how can i get him to not bite me
Silverio Cortez give him or her some company like buy another bird for it and take it out of the cage more often in let it fly around your room it won't bite you anymore and your bird will get used to it
Wow I hope you aren't leaving it in the cage all the time. That's really not good for a parrot. They need a lot of attention and time.
