We're going to miss you Tim. I sincerely hope the new owner of Nova Craft Canoe continues the excellent tradition and quality production that you established. I'm down in Satellite Beach, Florida paddling a twenty year old Mohawk Blazer canoe but have told anyone who will listen that my next canoe is a Nova Craft Prospector in TuffStuff and I don't mind driving to Canada to pick it up if I have to. Good luck to you in your future endeavors.
Sweet! If I can get a prospector at MEC in Vancouver in Tuff Stuff Expedition without shipping costs (currently they only stock standard tuff stuff), then I think you guys have sold me!
On my 1 year old bkuesteel canoe, the crack not only on the gelcoat but also breaks the fabric as well, about 3 inches long. I can see the crack on both side of canoe. Do I repair the outside just the same way as do the inside?
Hi Joe, it's tough to assess without seeing images or the boat in person. However that sounds like more substantial damage. I would suggest taking a look at this video for patching composite hulls: th-cam.com/video/VIRQJx2DbQA/w-d-xo.html
@@novacraftcanoe Thank you so much for quick reply. I've watched that video. Does it mean I have to repair the outside of the canoe the same way as inside?

Kids got talent, nice canoes.

The CC says. "Hi, I'm Tim from Nova Crap Canoes...".😂
Can a Blend out thinner spray be used to loose the edge of the repair ?

@@joelin8835 You'd want to patch the interior and gelcoat repair the exterior.
