We need to share stories of failure...not just success..
    Because.......
Success comes only after hundreds times failing...

There's no stories about failure. A story happens when we succeed after failing. And one such story is about a man who probably failed hundred times and created History , he is the Great Albert Einstein.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 329 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

It made me cry jay it did !
    Infact I’m still crying .
You know what jay I applied to my most favourite university for graduation and later I couldn’t get in through it even after months and a months of hardwork put into get the offer letter from the university however now my seat is been missed by me and also I would like to say that maybe this thing was really not meant for me , maybe I was meant for something really more significant . I ran into depression for months but then now I’m still trying to stand on my feet and pull myself up again . It’s hard it’s really tough to pick yourself up from that saddle but once I will again stand up and will be ready to gear up then I will have full force and energy to again fight back and see why did I lack that or why it didn’t happen at that time .
Failure truly is a stepping stone !
    You inspire millions jay 🙏🙏

I've come across your existence (Jay Shetty) as a result of watching a lot videos of TOM BILYEU and this was amazing to listen to you that day, when you were being hosted.
You spoke about your ideal world which I can sum up like a hand, a heart and a vision that day was the starting point of the expression of my greatness, I was all the time utterly scared to engage myself into sthg wothwhile, scared of my ideas and thoughts. after comprehending the link between my passion and the service, I am now less scared and more strengthened, I took action try to help people for their good based on my skills.
What I know from you is your short-term stay as a monk in India (I hope I am not mistaking) that you told us (your followers). However you've helped me a lot and I can see the challenges coming in the horizons and I am not afraid to go in.
Thanks a lot for giving me the opportunity to genuinely express my leadership.

I think the most important thing from this video is that we need to revisit our past, reflect on our failures and mistakes, by doing that, it is the only way to move forward differently from before. That's it, just reflect on what you have done, don't always look ahead for the future, remember to turn your head backward and reminiscence your past, not to remorse for it but to take lesson from it

I continued with my parents' business, the white glue distributor business, I was guided by my father, I now focus on the sales sector, but I learned from him whether he was positive like the price of the goods, how to communicate so that the target consumers were interested, until I learned I didn't do it, I did it, but at the 2016 music major, when I stopped in semester 2 because there was a problem with the campus environment, I am an introvert currently enjoying learning to be an entrepreneur even if I don't start alone, even though my parents started , and i am 22 years old right now

It's so interesting to see that someone rejected from two of the top internet companies actually responded with humor and actually responded with positivity. This lady was diagnosed with clinical depression. Her marriage had failed and she was jobless with a dependent child. She was on a four hour delayed train journey from Manchester to Londơn when she came up with this idea. And she started to write this book about this wizard. And as she started writing, she finished her manuscript took it to 12 publishers and was rejected by all 12. believe it or not. this man watched his first company crumble. He was a harvard university dropout and his first company's demo didn't even work. He went on to build Microsoft. Therefore, failure í just a sign that we need to widen our scope. We need to be ready and build

ourselves up for the next level. actually, what we end up achieving is far greater than what we'd envisioned for ourselves. And this divine plan, this orchestration can't be happening without this intervention that occurs because if we had it our way. we'd just settle . We'd just accept what we thought was our goal what we thought we were chasing. But actually. I've noticed that when you don't get that, later down the line you look back and you reflect and realize that what you've gained is so much greater. failures are only failures when we don't learn from them because when we learn from them, they become lessons and we actually extrapolate all of these teachings and actually get more insight into how we can improve the way we work and how we can actually drive with different energy
