4:03 The middle narrowing is due to the fact the the ureter goes over the common iliac vessels causing a constriction. 7:27 This is a good picture on the right it shows how you can palpate a full urinary bladder just above the pubic symphysis 8:00 Behind the plica interureterica is the fossa retrotrigonalis 9:57 When the urinary bladder is full the amount of serosa does not change! I think what you meant to say was that the bladder is covered by more peritoneum? and even though the part of the bladder that is covered in peritoneum is serosa there are no developmental changes happening everytime we have a full bladder.

There is one small mistake in this video .. median umbilical ligament is not remnant of the umbilical artery as you mentioned..., Median umbilical ligament is remnant of the urachus. But .....Medial umbilical ligament is remnant of umbilical artery.
correction: median umbilical ligament is not derivative of umbilical artery rather it is urachus. umbilical arteries are going to be our medial umbilical ligament. note median and medial umbilical ligament are different
