Why is it the church ignores Christ’s command to bring strangers ( homeless) into their homes, so sad so many will face judgement over this denial of His command..
I think in modern days for us Christians controlling our screen time is more important than food. I think if a Christian fasts even every week, and also permits himself to movies, VG, and fanatic of sports. I would say than his fasting is useless. Sure fasting is important, but it’s not a command of Jesus.

Natural sugars in fruits are coupled with nutrients and fiber and things. God made it in a way that is good for our bodies in proper amounts. The processed man-made sugar, on the other hand, is a drug and is not nutritious and destroys our bodies like a poison in large enough quantities/over enough time. Don't let yourself be blind or in denial about this.

I was just talking to my children about this. We need to fast and a major overhaul, there's sugar in everything!
Many fruits that God created contain sugar and are sweet. Don't burden God's children with extra laws and man-made ideas of sin!
