I can recommend The Penguin Book Of Christmas Stories, A Christmas Carol, An Almost Perfect Christmas by Nina Stibbe and The Christmas Memory by Truman Capote.

There are 12 prompts to follow and the twist is that it starts on December 26 and goes through to January 6. They have both put out announcement videos and it sounds like so much fun!! My daughters and I have our own 12 days of Christmas tradition where we exchange 12 books , one per day from December 1 to December 12 that we buy or acquire and wrap for each other. It's a great way to start the holidays. There's always some really great surprises in our picks for each other.
