I have a question sir, in case of disaster, for mass emergencies higher priority is granted to those victims whose prognosis is good, the patients who require great deal of attention, with questionable benefit, have the lowest priority , here the principle of triage system of emergency is not followed, but in the question no 1, both situations are present, please describe about that, sir

In disaster We prioritise bcos we want to save life of whoever possible, for 3,4,5 option there are going to survive even if we treat them after half hour... The patient with MI doesn't have that much time, hence that is our priority.
