A small hog. That reminded me of an episode from The Beverly Hillbillies in the first season were they heard about smog and figured it must be a small hog.
You folks need to come to south Texas, because here you don't need to have tags for hogs so that means you kill how many you can carry or leave them for the coyotes and turkey vultures, either way it's a heavy win - win for the hunters!
I don't know what that tag thing is all about, unless that guide service is doing it. You don't have to have tags to hog hunt in OKLA, Now u don't even need a hunting license unless you're hunting during big game season then you have to have/deer/elk tags. WMA land u need to read the regs first because each one has diff-rules.
@@OkieFarming in the video the hunters said they had tags for each hog they needed to drop or able to drop, from what they are saying one needs to get hunting licenses to hunt hogs in Oklahoma. But if you are saying that one doesn't need a hunting license for hogs then why are they making that statement on film?

All per-sons pursuing hogs during any big game gun or muzzleloader seasons with a shotgun and rifled slug, or any rifle or handgun larger than .22 caliber rimfire, must possess either a filled or unfilled license appropriate for that particular big game gun or muzzleloader season, unless otherwise exempt. I said in my response to you is the hunters in the video made a statement that THEY NEEDED TO HAVE A HUNTING LICENCE TO HUNT HOGS BECAUSE THEY HAD TAGS FOR THE HOGS THAT THEY HUNTED, my question is why are THEY SAYING THAT, when hogs are not a game animal! Also I made the statement why in Oklahoma is it that hog hunting requires a license while here in Texas they are considered vermin!

That's why in my very first post As I (stated) it must be something the guide service does!!! you have never had to have state (tags) to hunt hogs in this State only a hunting license and now hunting license is not required either. this is a 2015 video at that time you only had to have a general license but never any tags, but they did away with hunting license too. My guess is the guide service uses tags themselves as in, buy so many tags kill so many hogs on this ranch or hi-fence hunting preserve whatever they are hunting on.

that is awesome we went hunting there over Christmas and got 11 hogs in 2 days largest was 190lbs
