I think one of your friends was on tour with her before. I look forward to the Japan content. You're in luck with the current exchange rate for the Japanese Yen. I've been a few times now but last was in 2019. If you have a chance, these are two places that I always go to - Ginza Kagari for chicken ramen and the soft serves at Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza. The Japan vlogs by Sam and Victor here on YT are very good also - lots of coffee shop recommendations.

There's a bakery that sells kelaguen and chamorro empanadas, but other than that it's mostly just pop-ups here and there
