- My first attempt at vlogging a cycling trip! On a sunny day in April, I cycled 50km from Exeter to Otterton, via Budleigh Salterton and then back to Exton along the Exe Estuary Trail.

Just come across your very charming and laid back video. Cinematic tones, interesting narration, a very well put together vid, very well done. You have an interesting accent (I detect USA (maybe Canada), Scottish and regional English accent). Sorry I’m a bit of an Accent geek, lol. Keep up the Cycle vids, from a fellow Travel Vlogger/Cyclist and new Subber 😎👍
Haha thanks for your kind comment! You’re right about a mix of accents - I’m American but have lived abroad since I was 8!
One of my favourite rides …and seaside towns. Thanks for posting! 😀
Very nice……thank you Ms W
Lovely vlog and such a beautiful route. The water below you on the track to and from Otterton is the River Otter
Thank you so much for your kind words! It really is a beautiful route!!
Great job considering this was your first attempt..!!

You chose a great day to do it.

Are you a regular cyclist? More vlogs would be nice 🚲👍

That sounds great, I'll enjoy watching that 🚲👍
thank you for a lovely video, very relaxing, did you have any problems with regard to taking your bike on the train
Thanks for your kind comment! No problems taking my bike on the train, although it does depend which train you're trying to get on! This was a local Great Western Rail service, so you don't need to book in advance.
Recommend Tarka Trail in North Devon
We did part of the Tarka Trail in March and really enjoyed it!
It's the best.
