Wow thats super cool.... love the vinyls above the decks.🎶🎵.... Smart place I must say.....Spaguy and the ba ba sheep hahahahaha you make me laugh 😃...... thankyou Spaguy n Trey 👍🙏
Thanx for this great video Spa Guy and Trey,❤the treinstation looks very cool, I love the way you search for comparisons between the old and the new, looking for old things when Elvis walked there.
Spa Guy, You film the most interesting places, Elvis was at! I must tell you my favorite is this Unique and Incredible Hotel!!! It is definitely on the “must stay list “ in the near future. I would not have known that there was a unusual Hotel such as this one, thanks to you now I know!! Love the [Central Station Hotel] Thank You Spa Guy!!!
A lot of water has ran under bridges since Elvis was there back in the day ! Thank you Billy l always like seeing your puzzle pieces coming together , life is strange it wasn’t really all that long ago that Elvis walked on those streets , to a child or young person it was like hundreds of years ago ! to me it seemed like yesterday lol 😂 but that was very interesting Billy thanks again 👍🕺🙏💙
Spa Guy, It looks like the Train Station/Hotel has lighting bolt ⚡door handles like on the smokestack⚡, when you're walking up to the entrance at about 0:40 in the video, very cool! TCB⚡
Thanks for that little tour of the downtown Memphis area. We went down to Graceland November 2019. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by Graceland. We only got to venture downtown 2 days. So we didn’t get to see too much, and didn’t really know where anything was really. We did go to one restaurant called Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken. We are going to go down there again someday and at least from watching your video’s maybe we will get to figure out more places to go. Donna from Illinois
Thanks for 'tracking down' this great Elvis location. Trains were important in his early career, so I just spent an enjoyable hour tracking down his songs alluding to trains - found 10.
Thank you Mr. Spa Guy and Mr. Trey for a bit more of our guy Elvis' history and tightening up. Love seeing the history of Elvis younger days. Also love the history of these old buildings. Be safe and well both of you. God bless.
Gonna take a sentimental journey, what a great hotel and I definitely want to eat at the arcade diner! One’s imagination can only fly thinking back when Elvis was there. Good job you guys another great video! Xoxoxo ❤️. Val
What a great place, I bet even Elvis was amazed by it. - BTW I hope you do get to meet Rev All Green, seems you two would really hit it off. He has a great story about meeting Elvis.
Billy, Great Job with the In-depth perspective of the Train Station/Hotel & The Arcade Restaurant! Did not realize it's close proximity to Lorain Motel...Definitely on my Next Round of Stops That I did not see yet but will do upon my return to Memphis to see all my Good Friends! TCB! (Totally Cool Billy!)
At the seven minutes 30 seconds mark of this video, what are those big cars that the train engine is pulling ?I’ve never seen those. Cool video, love the train station line up with the Elvis photos. Really great old building.
Awesome job guys! Like you said, Billy, it's so great to see old buildings repurposed and still being used for something good (as well as retaining their old look). It looks like they're trying to clean up the area a bit. Doesn't look as bad as I remember seeing it in years past. Anyway - wonderful vid. Take care fellas.
@Spa Guy man who wouldn’t want to meet Elvis in real life but to be completely honest with you mr billy after all the hard work you have done tracking down all this stuff I could honestly say that meeting you one day would be very awesome and deffinatly a very high- must do upon my bucket list! Hopefully one day that will come true!
Just doing what I do.. The subscribers will come.. I do plan on diversifying some because Elvis fans clearly don't want these kinds of stories they want some story where the youtuber steals Elvis' footage and calls it rare to get hits.. The video we do where we discover new things and take you places get 5000 views the ones that say rare and are not rare get 70,000 views.. I am going to start limiting Elvis to one a week and doing other things.. other youtubers who don't do exclusively Elvis have 100's of thousands of subscribers..
I hope you'll still take us to places we don't know about Billy. I do agree those that lead people on saying somethings rare but you've seen a couple of times is so wrong! They are just out to make a name for themselves. It's so disingenuous! They can't be true Elvis fans in my opinion! I'm so sorry this is happening, Your fans appreciate you and everything you do! We know you put your heart and soul, money, research and time into this, and I want to thank you. You've shown me so much history and things I've never known about, and I've been an Elvis fan since 1957!
I'm guessing this is where he left from on 27th August 1957 for the tour of the Pacific Northwest, where his parents and Anita Wood came to see him leave? Would this also be where his train refuelled between Fort Hood Texas and Brooklyn New York and he met Janie Willbanks? Great video, loved seeing the perspective of the old tracks with the station in background
They spent some SERIOUS money fixing this place up. Memphis is as far east as the FRISCO(St. Louis - San Fransisco RR)traveled. Memphis is a stop for the "City of New Orleans." Prior to May 1971, the City of New Orleans was the top priority passenger train of the Illinois Central RR. May of 1971 Amtrak took over "the City of New Orleans." The same train on the 1971 song by Arlo Guthrie, "City of New Orleans."
If you go north of the pyramid along river road to the third park you'll see where the shot a scene from the firm with wilford Brimley showed tom cruise the pictures of him cheating on his wife
Wow thats super cool.... love the vinyls above the decks.🎶🎵.... Smart place I must say.....Spaguy and the ba ba sheep hahahahaha you make me laugh 😃...... thankyou Spaguy n Trey 👍🙏

Hi, cool
Grande matéria.
Thank you so much 😴...
Great video! Was this the train station where Elvis arrived home from Army service/Germany?
It is not.. I have a video of that trains station coming up..
Again, thanks so very much! These videos are so appreciated.
Thanks SG for another great video. What a cool hotel
I now see why Elvis loved his home town Of Memphis.

Muito legal. Ótimo.
Eu Guy, você tem vídeo do cinema onde Linda conheceu Elvis? Ainda existe?
Sim, o prédio ainda está lá, mas eu não filmei por dentro ainda .. Esta é uma história de fora .. th-cam.com/video/EVLI8tIhjKg/w-d-xo.html
@@SpaGuy obrigaduuuuu. Vcvtem o endereço de-la. Como chegou lá

Loved the video. The shots of the Arcade restaurant sign make me think of Monk's restaurant from Seinfeld. Always love the drone shots, too!
I’m heading to Memphis next week! Love the history thanks for all your hard work showing us how Elvis lived! He sure was a great human being!
Billy, Great Job with the In-depth perspective of the Train Station/Hotel & The Arcade Restaurant! Awesome
So interesting! Not only the Elvis factor, but the history of the trains at that station. I love then and now pictures. Thank you!
Cannot Get enough seeing those old Beautiful Buildings. Walk in the steps of Elvis's Early Days. Thanks Billy and Trey.
At the seven minutes 30 seconds mark of this video, what are those big cars that the train engine is pulling ?I’ve never seen those. Cool video, love the train station line up with the Elvis photos. Really great old building.
Those usually are transporting new cars and trucks double stacked..

It's a cool way to preserve history when history alone won't pay the bills.
May of 1971 Amtrak took over "the City of New Orleans."
The same train on the 1971 song by Arlo Guthrie, "City of New Orleans."
Lol. He said Bougie. I needed that chuckle. When you find out which church Al Green preaches at could you please let me know. Thanks Spa Guy.
I know the church and plan to attend.. I will ask him for a story.. It is really close to Graceland..
Háháháhá...
Uma hora são jacarés...
Outra hora são bodes ou ovelhas...
Lá em Graceland são leões!
Cuidado Billy!
