Chor MENG, I started learning zifagong 6 yrs ago.
This form of exercise is a kind of
Qi in yr own body which will improve yr immune system.
When u started to absorb the qi, it will move yr body, hands, legs etc for u. This is not taiqi where u follow what the teacher do.
This zifagong will come only when your Mind is empty n yr muscle is relax , no strength is involved. It will move, according to individual illness. So everyone has different movements.
Fyi, some will move hands, some will move body, others will move leg, vibrate, run etc. It all depends on your body. We will not teach u which movements to do. Your own qi will move for u.
I suggest u come n see how our students do to understand better.
As a matter of fact, I started learning 6 yrs ago.
I also learned that I can use my qi to heal people's legs, hands etc .
I had helped to heal at least more than 20 persons who had slip disc problem which I know no doctor can do. I only need max 2 sessions to heal that problem.
This is what I learned by myself not tru teacher. I started helping people 2 yrs ago healing legs, etc.
U can come down to Bukit batokwest AVE 6 ,7-8 am daily to see for yourself.

至少我敢肯定你一定也会赞成以下我所要讲的...
在每个人的眼中, 英雄的定义其实不单靠他人所拥有的天赋.
简单来说吧..任何角色再厉害都好. 一当被别人看穿是个不会坚持自己的信念与价值观, 经历不起打击与考验, 无法从而再爬起的人的话... 还会是个值得让别人感到敬佩...值得别人去留恋的人物吗?
相反的, 我们大家从小都曾读过无数各个的民间故事与武侠小说, 或甚至是某些历史记载的人物...终究都不是因为他们的天分而赢得了别人所对他的敬赏的; 是他们的坚持,他们的不屈,他们从而所领悟到的人生态度而因此激发了我们, 难道不是吗?
您目前表面上虽然凸显了你脆弱的体脂. 但就因为这个明显的脆弱从而也更加让我们看到了您自从不幸发病后所坚持下来的过程... 不论是为了家, 为了爱或是为了你自己所热爱演戏的梦都好. 你必须要提醒自己...暗地里其实你可能不知道您分分秒秒的坚持其实本身都意味着你在给予我这个陌生人的鼓励.

Sorry, but he lost me nearing the end saying "there are people out there who are in worse situation, so I gotta stand back up". Just think this shouldn't be part of why he should feel better but it is still commendable on his attitude in life.
It's not for him to feel better, but to persevere on and keep going.

Really dislike this person who really can act to deceive the public that Kennedy disease is very very serious when life expectancy reportedly to be normal, although a small percentage of patients (~ 10%) succumb to the disease in their 60's or 70's due to swallowing complications (aspiration pneumonia, asphyxiation) resulting from the bulbar weakness. There are alot of diseases worst and many people lived with in without putting on a show. Now he lives in a 3-storey bungalow with even a lift. On the contrary, I do have alot of respect for the poor citizens especially single parents who takes on many jobs to support their family. But certainly not Chew. Not matter how poor we are, I teach my kids to be dignified and never resort to use their ailments or religion affiliations to gain prosperity or climb up the career ladder. It must be through their own hardwork and endeavors. We are not stupid.

的确！演员当红的时候，很多都会摆出一副自大，还加上一股傲气。周初明也承认，自己当红时在片场丢过剧本。现在他觉得当时这么做很不应该，只不过当时年少气盛。俗话说得好：“人非圣贤，孰能无过！”
做人要时刻懂得感恩，这一句话其实是必须自己亲身经历过许多事后，才能够领悟的。

One of My childhood favourite actor! Love his acting way back in SBC and TCS! Like the fact that he knows he love acting and keep pursuing it! Education is important but it does not promise a successful life! To me, he is a successful person! What I have learnt about his success is that he has an openness towards other’s advises and suggestions! That what keeps him going and evolving! He is also very honest to himself and always self-reflect on his actions and life! He is right, being positive may not cure the disease completely, but at least the condition will not deteriorate too fast! I have learnt a lot from this interview!
