- Welcome to my channel! In this video, I will be performing Fernando Sor’s Study in C Major Op. 31. No 1.
Fernando Sor, a renowned Spanish guitarist and composer of the Classical era, crafted this study as part of his Opus 31 collection. Known for his innovative approach to the instrument, Sor's studies, such as Op. 31. No. 1, are the best choices for basic technique, but in the same time also for musical expressiveness, melodic line and subtle parlando playing.
