I made a half batch of this frosting and it tastes amazing. I'm a little skeptical about using it to stack cakes because it does not seem to have enough structure to hold the weight. It's very light and fluffy and I will definitely use it for cupcakes and cake in a jar.

This looks wonderful! I just love all of your videos! I have generally avoided the condensed milk buttercream if I needed to pipr because it felt like it was a little too fluffy and soft for me. But now with the cream chees I am sure it is better consistency and a bit more stable. One question...can I add the cream cheese to all of my CM buttercream recipes?? That would be so helpful! None of that matters. It’s very easy to do with no stress. Relax and enjoy the experience. The butter is soft the condensed milk can be chilled or not chilled, either works. No specific mixer speed necessary. Enjoy! :-)

Great question! If it's a curd or spread you are adding, start with 1/4 Cup then mix and taste test. Only add a couple of teaspoons at a time after that until you get the taste you require.

I think you just keep mixing like the clip. Then you can use straight away. Whe you finish just keep it int the fridge or freezer and defrost before use for the next time.
