Medical stuff is way too expensive. Because people will buy it, especially for their kids because there isnt an alternative. This should not cost 5grand. Development and research costs probably, for regular stuff you dont notice because they sell so many, but i doubt theres a big market for these therapy bikes, which means a big big chunk of that 5 grand is research and development. The actual material and building costs shouldnt be that high
