How do you find the power of the machine to push with the tilt blade ?
It’s a Bit hard to see in the video but is the mud bucket is it a tilt or do you have a small tilt hitch, ?
The hydraulic thumb how do you find it, strong enough to lift big stuff.

Andrew, in France on the ED 160 Blade Runner (no ED 180 with us) the operators are happy with the pushing force with the blade.
We can see on the video, he has a tilt.

Hi, this machine was working on my dad's steep hill country farm. Seemed to have plenty of pushing power with the tilt blade. Coped with the steep work well. We were also very fortunate that dad's farm was the very first (break in) job for this machine. Also highly experienced skilled operator (not me) too. Thanks

    Very nice excavator !
In France, it’s the ED 160 Blade Runner.

My apologies. After all this time & speaking with the operator recently, he corrected me on that it is a 160, not a 180. I didn't look closely enough at the model # sticker.

I know it’s been a year, but do you have any footage of using the thumb with the tilt hitch. And if so how do you find it

No, sorry, I don't. I'm not too familiar with the machine. It just came to my family farm to do the work it did. I'd have to ask the operator when I see him next. Thanks for your interest.
