ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) to hear the first suo motu notice of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa today, taken on the Islamabad High Court (IHC) judges’ allegations of interference by intelligence agencies, ARY News reported.
As per details, CJP Isa took suo moto notice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) judges’ allegations of interference by intelligence agencies.
The seven-member larger bench headed by CJP Faez Isa, comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Jamal Mandokhail, Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Musarrat Hilali and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan will hear the case at 11:30 am today.
It is pertinent to mention that six serving judges of Islamabad High Court penned a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), urging it to summon a judicial convention to review the matter of “interference of intelligence agencies with judicial functions”.

CJ took all the time to distance himself from the matter under consideration which I think is not the right way to approach the into this matter.
And surprisingly CJ said some individuals can act upon individually without any certain orders of high command??
I mean this thinking is ridiculous in a way that firstly if the most disciplined organisation of Pakistan "Pakistan Army" individuals can act upon individually in high profile specifically political consequencel matters and just imagine that Army internal spy network couldn't able to identify those characters and to proceed institutional inquiry against those individuals???
And most importantly if your thoughts accepted then the most disciplined organisation of Pakistan Pakistan Army discipline level shows that this is not Pakistan Army this is a private limited company whose individual may follow their company discipline more than your so called most disciplined organisation of Pakistan Pakistan Army.
And if u don't remember I want inform you that in Asghar khan case the accused the then DG ISI General hameed gul said in the court after listening the judgement "You Mrs(namely) violated your oath by taking part in political activity" said that "what I have done was sacred and ilI will do it hundred times again if I put myself in the similar circumstances "
The real culprits never denied their interventions but you are here to make a way for their interventions.shameful!
