    Another absolutely fantastic video..damn, the cockpit view from overhead is just so amazing, camera quality is a few knots above "vision 20/20" the city view from the F/O's window is absolutely stunning, my eyes couldn't have asked for a better sight. The crew are also on point... Thanks JP for these amazing clips you put up.

      Indeed. I learned enough training to earn a Commercial Pilot certificate as well as an Instrument rating to understand just how good a Captain can be. His cockpit was no-nonsense but friendly during critical procedures, devoid of conversation and totally devoted to what is a very complicated and somewhat difficult task.
      These are pros. I'd fly with these guys anytime, anywhere.
      BTW: Poland looks beautiful.

      We have the different types or classifications of aircrat emergencies specially airborne aircraft ... when an aircraft approaching the airport has declared an emergency or is known to have a problem or defect which will cause or likely to cause an aircraft accident...there is emergency plan organizational chart... which to provide all possible assistance in case of an emergency within the airport area responsibility. It is composed of the units, trained and rquipped to carry out the full emergency procedure into operation and primary units of airport emergency plan is to save lives.

      Long runway, low gross weight 61 62 tons ,ideal weather condition. PLUS,it saves fuel(few kilograms).It's not the pilot's decision per se, they do whatever the OPT says.

    Why the small screen in the center sometimes blinks rapidly (I think this is some discrepancy between camera and screen refresh rate) and sometimes very slowly (few seconds from dark to full bright)?

    In the FMC they set the Transition Altitude as 6500', which is also the default for Poland and yet the FO makes the callout at 4000'. Did I miss something? Otherwise an exceptionally insightful piece of footage. Thank you Just Planes !

    The 737-800 has this distinct sound it makes after the land gear is pulled up. Kicks in at 18:23 sort of like a whoosh. Love it. Anyone know what that is?

      That's coz when gear's pulled in, it'll still be rotating.. to make it stop it touches a brake pad rubbing it making that whooosh sound.

    Co to jest to takie kółko obok prawego kolana kapitana, które wiruje raz w jedną stronę raz w drugą ?

    • @ramosz6983
      @ramosz6983 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Trymer. Piloci sterują tym za pomocą przycisku na wolancie (kapitan ma go na lewym uchwycie wolantu). "Wirowanie" w przód bądź w tył to przestawianie tylnego statecznika poziomego w pozycję "up" lub 'down'. Służy do wyważenia samolotu i wprowadzenia go w tzw. lot ustalony czyli sytuację gdzie po zdjęciu rąk ze sterów samolot powinien sam utrzymać zadany kierunek w płaszczyźnie pionowej (wznoszenie/opadanie ze stałą prędkością pionową bądź lot poziomy). Po załączeniu autopilota trymer sterowany jest przez niego.
      W samolotach Airbusa z systemem fly-by-wire (mimo że są też takie "kółka") istnieje funkcja autotrymowania, która zdejmuje w normalnych operacjach z pilota konieczność ręcznego wyważania maszyny
