About the question at about 1:32 about NOTAMS and uncertified aerodromes: if you are flying into a small aerodrome, you need to check NOTAMS AND the WEBSITE. If it says you have to phone ahead then you have to phone ahead.
Good effort by the CASA presenter. On Case Study #1 - I wonder how many rubbish NOTAMs were in the mix, obscuring very vital information about the runway works. This is a problem that ICAO and CASA desperately need to fix!

With regards to EFBs, will CASA look into ADSB data integration for things such as weather and NOTAMS like they do in North America? Just curious
