I saw you using your measuring spoon for honey and I have a life hack that has changed how I measure sticky things: make an indent with your measuring spoon in your already measured out sugar/oats/flower and fill that indent with your honey for example. Works amazing every time!
You can use your oven to proof your dough. Just turn on the oven to the standard 350f/180c for about a minute then turn it off and stick in your dough. The oven is just a little warm and holds in that warmth and bit of humidity from the moisture in your dough. It’s similar to having a specialized proofing drawer. Your loaves look great!
If I remember correctly, Saran Wrap was the first plastic wrap that came on the market in a big way. And for a long time Saran was the only company that had plastic wrap. That's why a lot of people call plastic wrap... Saran Wrap. Similar story for the Skil saw. The way I remember it, everybody had a circular saw made by Skil... So that's what it was called. Which is odd because Skil made other saws but only the circular saw was know as a Skil saw. 💖🌞🌵😷
Fun fact: if your milk is too warm for the yeast... Go ahead and and it to the bowl. The cooler bowl will suck some of the heat out of the milk... letting the milk cool much faster and you can proceed much sooner. 💖🌞🌵😷
YOu can shape that dough into a boule and bake on the pizza stone (more a ball, not as flat). I love baking bread as well. Your next adventure should be making your own starter and making sourdough.
