Main concept 99 persons example is totally wrong in 498A case.Courts sections are punishing are facing accused and his family by dragging to court,lawyer fee ,quash fee,court documents fee, police station bail bonds,court security bonds,.Women false complaint impacts above consequences. Definitely supreme court made this women biased section to take personal revenge on husband and to maintain courts fee and lawyer fee.
