Rik Bignell - River Flows in You (Yiruma)

I really can’t put my finger on why my rhythm sounds nothing like when Lisa or Yiruma play it. Especially where the “chorus” has the extra A notes in the melody. I play this song every day at the moment trying to make it sound more like the original but feel like I’ve hit a wall and it just sounds the same and never improves. Please help.
