would help if my support assist will actually boot regardless of how many times I restart. I bought an alienware pc a while back and have never been satisfied with the performance. I have i7 9700k with a rtx 2060, it is ungodly slow especially with 200 mbps download speed, and struggles to run and sometimes load games. It has no malware or viruses. Wish I bought something else...
I’m in the same boat I think I’m just gonna scrap mine for parts put all of it in a new case and get a new motherboard so it doesn’t have anything to do with alienware/dell

alienware is slowing down the performance for old systems with bios update, i m having x15 r2 with i7 12700h and rtx 3080ti 16gb , after bios update i m getting lower benchmark scores and low gaming fps, its like before i was getting 62fps and immediately after bios update my fps drop to 50fps now, i think dell is pushing users to buy new one by slowing down the older machines
The best thing you can do to fix an Alienware pc is take it outback and put it down with a 12 gauge.
Thats about the point mine is at 😂😭
