i was so dedicated to making this that when i tried to do subdivision surface it would lag, so i did a slightly different method but still went on. Then i realized a way i could subdivide without breaking my computer, so i restarted everything just to make it perfect.
This is just a theory, but you might be able to make a seperate model for the head, and one for each and and just replace them for the left and right hand, and then the head in photon. Let me know if this works!
no you just make the head and hands export it and drag the head into photon head and the the right hand into photon right and left into photon left hand.

When I put the player model into unity, the elbows were kinda crinkled and inverted, but other than that, it worked pretty well

make the playermodel with arms, and dont automatic weights it because your actually gonna DELETE the arms. the arm rigs are gonna be fine
make the head for the player model then just make the hands then places your hands on left and right hands then you place the head on head

In unity, import the model, then go over to where it says “Materials”, then put in the textures like fur and face.
