I am 77 and madly in love with the talent this young lady has in abundance. What a voice, personality, and song writing skill. I am fascinated to see where she goes next. I'd hate to think she has said it all in one album, 21st Century Blues! My feeling is she has a lot more for us!

To my shame, I'd never heard of her until Saturday, when I heard on the news that she had won a record-breaking six BRITs (the UK's version of the Grammys), including songwriter of the year. Somewhat outrageous that this particular glass ceiling still existed, but nevertheless, Raye shattered it with jaw-dropping appomb.
