I guess everybody roll race differently, if you do a 50 roll from where I’m from race stops at 150, against the trackhawk you stopped at 130, we always do a 100mph difference

Anytime a race ends like that where there is someone complaining about something and/or refusing to pay if there was a wager placed before the race, it's 100% a fail. This is supposed to be fun, like that is the whole point of the hobby/sport. If you are really a car person, a real enthusiast, you pay your bets and you don't whine and complain if you lose fair and square. The rules should be known to everyone involved BEFORE you make a pass or roll. Everything should be crystal clear to both people involved, and it should be filmed and recorded when the rules are decided upon. Where you start, where the finish line is, what happens if someone jumps, what happens if someone crosses the center line, what happens if someone gets to the line and their car wont start or run, how long you can take staging, how the flagger will start the race, and ALWAYS have at least four people assigned to filming the starting line and the finish line, with one person at each corner. That way you have two perspectives to look at, exactly right at the starting line and at the finish line filming from the outside in on both the left and right. With that said, I am not a fan of people lying about what their car makes power-wise or lying about the mods done either. That's just weak, and it shows you lack both honor and driving skills. You should either answer their questions with the exact truth, or you tell them nothing at all if you want that info to stay unknown. At least then the other guy can decide on his own if he wants to race you, instead of making the decision to race and or place a wager based off of lies.
If someone asks me something specific about my car I tell them the exact truth and I expect the same in return. I mean honestly, does anyone really feel proud when they lie to someone to get a win? If I lie and tell whomever I am racing that my car makes 700 to the wheel (when it really makes 950) and the guy I'm racing truthfully says his car makes 700 to the wheels, and therefore he agrees to race heads-up and I blow his doors off, is that really anything to be proud of?
