Why does Nespoli not have a coach behind him?

I wonder if Nespoli could get even better by lowering the poundage a bit

He could get better if he took some weight off the bars. The poundage is fine. Usually when you are at a long hold it's because the weights are preventing you from being on center, or the stabilizer weights start swaying and you have a hard time trying to stabilize your bow, or the clicker is too far back.

That's what I was thinking, if maybe he's a tad bit overbowed. But I would assume at their level and coaching they'd assess and finetune everything down to a tee. But after watching other vids from this comp, it would seem that other archers also had a bit of trouble with finding the 10 ring consistently, perhaps the weather conditions were a bigger factor than usual.
