Good info, have any experience selling in tool / automotive category? I know many are selling in the more daily use items like beauty / grocery etc. Any recommendations ?
@@AskJimmySmith Yes I am an auto technician by trade and wanted to sell specifically in this niche. I am however struggling to open supplier accounts and if so ones that actually have profitable inventory. Any tips or insight ?
@@joeydealZ Find products in the niche already selling well with over 4 or 5 sellers on the listing (and over 2 FBA sellers). Reach out to see if you can open accounts. Check the other brands those sellers are selling also to see if they have more accounts you can reach out to. Do this 100 times and see if you can get 2-5 accounts. Some will be profitable and others will not. If you do the 100 reach outs every week, you'll find good suppliers over the year.

I've sold in over 25 categories and I love the tool/automotive category. It's a great niche to be in!
