I’m 18. For 17 years of my life I walked in darkness. 17 years of missing something so beautiful. I’ve been through, molestation, bullying, psych wards, suicidal ideation, depression, betrayal, heartbreak, watching my dad get sentenced to life at 5 for a crime he didn’t commit, not having much growing up, family issues etc.. life didn’t have a meaning to me before. How could it? In the midst of everything, I found God. He absolutely saved my life, turned my frown upside down literally, emptied out so much baggage and is still working on me, he forever will be, because there’s so much, but to know he’s there is comforting. As i’m reading these comments i’m crying, we’ve all been through so many different things, and have the best thing in common. Thanks for your stories. I send healing, peace and love to all of you. I have a purpose now. I took so much for granted, and I have the best gift and that’s God.

❤praying for you. It van be hard to stay focused. I have found that i make time every single day to pray and read God's word. I actually study every scripture I read. I suggest reading book of Proverbs. There are 31 chapters. Read one chapter a day. I have been reading a chapter a day every month for 3 years. It has changed my life.

I’m only 77. Over the past ten years I have lost all my close family. Still have my daughter. Meditation and surrender to God saved my life. Lost my son to war and suicide, tried to drink myself to death and finally crashed and said God I can’t do it no more. God took me and did much for me, just everyday challenges of life.

Notice and write down every night, three things that lifted your spirit. A stranger's smile, a shooting star, a baby's laugh...
Praise.
Go through the Psalms with a highlighter. Mark every verse that praises God. Satan will leave skid marks; he can't stand the sound of people praising God.
Laughter.
Watch your favorite funniest movies. Read the comics. Remember family stories, or friendships, learn to see the absurd side of life, and laugh at it.
Take your meds.
Pray, especially when you don't feel like it.
God listens, even when we feel dead inside.
And know that God loves you.
He has brought me through every episode. He will never fail you.
Remember, every night that you turn out the light and go to sleep is a Victorious Day. You have fought the good fight, you have kept the faith and won.
God wrap you in His loving Light, and ease your mind and heart.
He called me in March 26 2006 and my heart heard his voice. I will never be the same. It’s so hard to put into words what my heart feels for him. The very first thing He promised me was That he would be with me for ever and always and he has. He has made himself known to me in an incredible way. I was diagnosed with an incurable bad heart and 4 years after I accepted Jesus Christ He literally operated my heart . I was in a white room and of the many amazing things I saw I saw Gods big hand come down from heaven and he began to operate on my heart. No pain and no heart medication for over 12 years. My eyes have seen you ❤️😭🙏😭😭 I will forever be yours and you will forever be my God. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I am free!

That must be absolutely awesome! What do I have to do to be healed? I’ve believed, prayed, studied, all of it. What about the ppl He doesn’t heal on this earth? Pray for us bcuz it’s so hard living in Housing & far below poverty bcuz I can’t work. My boy’s father doesn’t support him but lives the high life. It hurts so much that he doesn’t care how much I’ve lost & have to sacrifice bcuz he won’t do the right thing and support his child. He just thinks I’ll find the food, the clothes, the housing, the strength, and never gives it another thought. Court 15 times, he lowered his support 3 times with no proof of income, then doesn’t pay anyway. I’m sorry to complain. . I know God will hold him accountable but it’s hard here on this earth, right here and now. Pray for me to have a break from tragedy after tragedy. Thank you. I know God loves me but some days it’s harder to hang on. God bless all of you who read these and pray. I love to do the same.

The christian way is the Bible way. them that believe him must be baptized biblicaly. the True baptism is in the name of Jesus-christ, not father, son, holy ghost. get baptized correctly if you were not. everyone one in de bible got baptized in the name of JesusChrist, you do likewise. Peter's revelation of the command that Jesus gave is better than today's preacher who says to baptize in father son holy ghost. The way the apostles practiced baptism can be read in the book of Acts.

I have been unemployed since April due to mental health. I need employment, I have no income. I believe God to come through, like right now.😢😢😢
I was a lifelong hardcore atheist. I wasn't a believer and lived my life as an alcoholic and drug addiction. I had so much hate in my heart and wasn't living a good life. I woke up one day and knew I needed to change my path in life or I wouldn't be here much longer. I now whole heartily believe in God and have 100% faith in his presence. I want to share my story: I’m just a 12 year old Girl and I barely found out i have sinned. I was worshiping the devil in ways I didn’t know. Of course I asked God for forgiveness. And it wasn’t until i really admitted what I did wrong that I felt my spirit connect with him. Now this all happened 20 minutes ago, and in those 20 minutes, I have decided that from this day on, I am going to do everything possible to worship God, whether it’s being grateful for food to thanking him for my life in general. I can’t tell you the feeling I felt when I heard him, forgiving me, telling me that I am one of his children and he loves me very much. Little to huge things change lives. Worship our lord! Don’t start next week, start now! 🖤

This is true worship. I don't know why I can't hold my tears. When I was born, my mother was so poor to the point she left me for a 3days to die naturally. When I could not die, she took me embraced me and prayed to God to provide for her and love me. Everyone walked away including my unknown father but mum remained. Today she is my best friend. But the Lord sent me a messenger, and saved me. I still sometimes come back to the devil's attacks, and fuel his fire. But I now know that with trust and strong faith, we, as God's children have a tool to speak truth into Satan, and order him through God to leave in the name of Jesus. Whenever you feel that way, literally stand and rebuke him! Praying for you, for a ring of fire to bless your mind and keep your thoughts grounded in the word of God. We got this!

I am learning the ways of Jesus, I decided to get baptized on September 29, 2019. I am now seeking the understanding of the word, and I ask Jesus to help me pray and understand the battle I will face ahead of me. When I came out of the bath, I went and put on youtube because I wanted to hear this, but I saw a video before this and the Rabbi, who was talking about Jesus, said to be a warrior like him, you need to speak the word. So it said "I reject you Satan, get out of my head," he said to say this every time you feel anxious, fear, doubt, and I was able to tell my twin who is currently in the hospital for Schizophrenia, I told her to keep saying it and when you have faith in Jesus it will change. But, what I did because just taking my blood pressure alone would make me nervous. I just kept taking it over and over and over. Eventually, I realized I was making it high and not something medically wrong with me.

It was 3 o'clock this morning and I still couldn't close my eyes. A song kept playing in my mind as I crushed candies. I stopped, prayed and put the song on. After it was finished, this came on. I was asleep within 5 minutes! I woke up around 5:30, just in time to pray before sunrise and just before the video came to an end. I tried to accept Jesus into my life years ago but have failed to uphold my faith. I surrendered to him tonight with my sins and know that i have a long hard journey with him, i hope i have the strength to stay with him.

I am 32 and lately I’ve been trying to bring myself closer to god. I find myself praying several times a day and listening to the Bible for at least an hour a day. God has blessed me, taken care of me and looked out for me in so many ways. I am nothing but grateful.
To whoever reads this I hope you know god loves you and is with you with every step you take. With every breath you take god is with all of us and there is nothing too big or to little we can ask of him.
I end this year with a promise to do and be better because that is what my Heavenly Father wants me to do.

I was going through a difficult time in my life, and one day I was meditating and Jesus gently placed his loving hands on my face and said you will be ok, you are loved, I am with you and you never have to feel alone. I cried happy tears as I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. This experience changed my life and has helped me to face any problems in a different light, knowing that I am never alone as Jesus is always walking right beside me. Your doctor can also give you medicine to help you get sleep! There's no sin in that. God meets us on the level of our faith. In July 2017, the Lord transformed me into a new creation. I was a pure wretched soul that used to work for satan I did witchcraft, practiced divination by summoning the dead through a ouija board, I developed "psychic" abilities but realized all of this came from demons once after I was saved. I worshipped darkness, I embraced death from my childhood, and thought myself to be a worthless person. The devil is a liar! Because after all I've been put through, bo matter how many times I succumbed to depression , no matter how many times I tried to commit suicide, God was always there to help me in time of trouble. I am here today to say that Jesus came to my rescue not only in July but also in August. Satan tried to steal my soul away by killing me in my sleep but he was unsuccessful. Jesus saved me and resurrected me. He also revealed His presence to me ensuring me that to never be afraid that He was always with me to protect me. Ever since then I began spreading the gospel to all of those who had ears to hear and am still doing so to this day.

my Grandma was taken home in September 2021 too. it was a week after her birthday and I miss her so much. I know how you feel. I watched her suffer for many years. she is finally in heaven with her mom, brother, and my Grandpa. I am happy and sad at the same time because I am happy she is in heaven and with family, but I'm sad because I grew up in an abusive family, and she was the only one who would not treat me like trash. Every time I listen to this, I also read this story aloud:
Today I would like to tell you a story about a little boy called Teddy and a teacher called Jean Tomson, who made an important impact on him.
Jean Thompson stood in front of her 5fth grade class on the very first day of school in the fall and told the children a lie. Like most teachers, she looked at her pupils and said that she loved them all the same. And that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat was a little boy named Teddy Stallard.
Miss Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he didn't play well with other children, that his clothes were messy, and that he constantly needed a bath. And, Teddy was unpleasant.
It got to the point where Miss Thompson would actually take delight in marking
his papers with a broad red pen, making bold X's and then marking the "F" at the top of the paper, biggest of all.
Because Teddy was a sullen little boy, no one else seemed to enjoy him, either. At the school where Mrs. Thompson taught, she was required to review each child's records and put Teddy's off until last. When she opened his file, she was in for a surprise.
His first grade teacher wrote:
"Teddy is a bright child with a ready laugh. He does his work neatly and has good manners. He is such a joy to be around."
His second grade teacher wrote:
"Teddy is an excellent student, well liked by his classmates, but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness, and life at home must be a struggle."
His third grade teacher wrote:
"Teddy continues to work hard, but his mother's death has been hard on him.
He tries to do his best, but his father doesn't show much interest, and his home life will soon affect him if some steps aren't taken."
Teddy's fourth grade teacher wrote:
"Teddy is withdrawn and doesn't show much interest in school. He doesn't have many friends and sometimes sleeps in class. He is tardy and could become a problem."
By now Mrs. Thompson realized the problem but Christmas was coming fast. It was all she could do, with the school play and all, until the day before the holidays began and she was suddenly forced to focus on Teddy Stoddard.
Her children brought her presents, all in beautiful ribbon and bright paper, except for Teddy's, which was clumsily wrapped in the heavy, brown paper of a scissored grocery bag. Mrs. Thompson took pains to open it in the middle of the other presents. Some of the children started to laugh when she found a rhinestone bracelet with some of the stones missing, and a bottle that was one quarter full of cologne. She stifled the children's laughter when she exclaimed how pretty the bracelet was, putting it on, and dabbing some of the perfume behind the other wrist. Teddy Stallard stayed after school that day just long enough to say,
"Mrs Thompson, today you smell just like my Mom used to."
After the children left she cried for at least an hour. On that very day, she quit teaching reading, writing and speaking. Instead, she began to teach children.
Jean Thompson paid particular attention to one they all called "Teddy." As she worked with him, his mind seemed to come alive. The more she encouraged him, the faster he responded. On days there would be an important test, Mrs. Thompson would remember that cologne. By the end of the year he had become one of the smartest children in the class and... well, he had also become the pet of the teacher who had once vowed to love all of her children exactly the same.
A year later she found a note under her door, from Teddy, telling her that of all the teachers he'd had in elementary school, she was his favourite.
Six years went by before she got another note from Teddy. He then wrote that he had finished high school, third in his class, and she was still his favourite teacher of all time.
Four years after that, she got another letter, saying that while things had been tough at times, he'd stayed in school, had stuck with it, and would graduate from college with the highest of honors. He assured Mrs. Thompson she was still his favourite teacher.
Then four more years passed and yet another letter came. This time he explained that after he got his bachelor's degree, he decided to go a little further. The letter explained that she was still his favourite teacher but that now his name was a little longer. The letter was signed:
Theodore F. Stoddard, M.D.
The story doesn't end there. You see, there was yet another letter that Spring. Teddy said he'd met this girl and was to be married. He explained that his father had died a couple of years ago and he was wondering... well, if Mrs. Thompson might agree to sit in the pew usually reserved for the mother of the groom. And guess what, she wore that bracelet, the one with several rhinestones missing. And I bet on that special day, Jean Thompson smelled just like... well, just like the way Teddy remembered his mother smelling on their last Christmas together.
They hugged each other, and Dr. Stoddard whispered in Mrss Thompson's ear:
"Thank you, Mrs Thompson, for believing in me. Thank you so much for making me feel important and showing me that I could make a difference."
Mrs Thompson, with tears in her eyes, whispered back. She said, "Teddy you have it all wrong. You were the one who taught me that I could make a difference.
I didn't know how to teach until I met you!"
And the story ends here. You never can tell what type of impact you may make on another's life by your actions or lack of action. Consider this fact in your venture through life.

When I was 25, I was so disappointed with my life. I was ready to let go of my faith and be a non-believer. Then, in a very unsuspecting way in a very mundane afternoon, I felt Him so deep as if He talked to me and said -- Hey, I will not let you leave me. My life was never the same again.
That's why He is called the Saviour, He has redeemed you! He paid the ultimate price.
One day in a moment of no thought God said to me "may I?" and I said "yes please" and I felt Him touch my heart in a loving way.
I JUST WANT TO TYPE I LIKE DOING THAT
You to? Because of this Pandemic I nearly lost my faith and I was going to give up. But then I heard His voice. It was gentle and he only said one word. "Believe". After that I had immediately went to read my bible. After that I have felt my faith reignited.
I hope to be baptized as a Roman Catholic and come home. Because this world is not my home anymore if it ever was.
Once, at a summer camp, I lost a backpack. I was really worried about it and that my mom would be mad at me when she came to pick me up. I prayed every day for nearly a week and was freaking out a bit because it was the last day before pick-up. I remember standing there in front of the gaga ball pit, watching a game, and internally sending up desperate prayers. I was really stressed when suddenly, everything calmed down. I was not worried at all. My thoughts changed from “OhmygoshmymomwillkillmepleasehelpGodIdontwantmymomtobemadpleasehelpmefindmydaypack” to “i shouldn’t worry about this, it’s okay.”
I was confused, as the thoughts had come out of nowhere and filled me with peace for a moment, and I started questioning it, like: shouldn’t I be worried?
Then I kind of heard a voice. A thought that wasn’t mine, sort of. But not in a weird way. If you’ve ever gotten an “answer” I guess, you’ll probably know what I mean. It said,
“Don’t worry. I’ll take care of it.”
“Huh?”
“Just enjoy your last day of camp”
That is exactly what I did, and later, one of my cabinmates found it in the lost and found, where we had checked several times before.
I know it’s not anything monumental like being cured of a terminal illness or something, but it really stuck with me. Whenever I start to doubt my faith, I remember that moment and a few others, and it pulls me back in. God is pretty darn great 👌💖

I am a British missionary in Guatemala, and had a terrible year with the loss of my wife to COVID, and me so broken that I had 15 heart attacks. I have had 2 stents fitted but still the attacks continued. Now I'm fitted with a pacemaker. My faith has been rocked, but I've never lost it. I know i will see my love again one day. That day of the Rapture is imminent. I use this music to pray and read my Bible.

Sorry to hear. I'm going through my own health issues but I know he is able. Find the healing scriptures and read them daily if possible out loud. God's word is alive and it's powerful! There have been so many days I was uncertain if I'd make it but he brought me through. Daily I've been in pain but I keep praying, reading, praising and thanking him. Even thanking him for the pain bc there is always a reason. I ask to see clearly via the holy spirit. Be encouraged. God Bless you. I lost my parents at the age of 12. Now, I'm 22 yo. And just graduated from college. It's sad tbh when I graduated without their presence. But, I think God made me this way, because God has other better and bright future for me. I worried about my future, but in the end, I trust God. To be honest, I have drifted so far away from God. I've come to the point where my faith doubted His existence. I've tried to come back to Him but I couldn't stand lying to myself. It's Sunday today, I was supposed to go to church but I don't because I have too much assignments to complete. To be honest, I'm crumbling. Too stressed that I had some bad thoughts. While doing one of my homework today, I went through TH-cam and played this. I unconsciously, list out all the things that I need to complete in my head and a little voice in my head told me that I'll be okay. That I'll finish college. That I'll get my dream job and that I'll find myself falling in love with God again. I can't help myself but cry.
