  • Shocking Taboo in Different Countries ! ( Comparison )
    In this video I have shown different type of taboos in different countries around the world . There are multiple taboos in a single country . It may be cultural , political , religious or gender related . I have picked up only a single one from each country . If any of the information mentioned here is incorrect I am really sorry for that . Nothing in this video is to offend someone . This is totally for educational and informational purpose .

    I do agree that it is a disgrace that some cultures have a problem with menstruation it just part of a woman's life

    It angers me to see how a lot of cultures see menstruation as taboo. Like that’s just how the female body works, it’s not our fault that nature designed us to carry babies and when our body reaches maturity this is what happens.

      Yeh... I can understand your feelings Caylan . Even I was shocked while making this video . In some Asian and African countries taboo related to menstruation is in extreme level . In some countries women are forced to stay outside their main house , instead confined in a makeshift hut . They are called " Chhaupadi " in Nepal , " Gaokors " in India etc . In some reported incidents ; women even died in these huts while staying in the bad weather conditions . Really sad . If you want to know more.....here's the link

      That, along with being against discussing sexual matters, feminism or LGBTQA rights.

      @@KinjalKisku-i3lGeez! They could've at least make those huts warm with blankets and a heater or something. It's like they want to punish women.
      Gender inequality and sexual repression are evil.

    Some of these (putting feet on table, interrupting) are just straightforward bad manners in civilised society.

    Please, cite your sources. I can't see why in the world yawning wojld be offensive in Bwlgium, as long as - and this is true of most places - you cover your mouth. It's senseless to be offended by yawning since it's a reflex triggered by a number of factors, i.e. tiredness, heat, and insufficient oxygen supply to the brain, as well as boredom.

      @KinjalKisku-i3l  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      In every society , there are prohibition on some practices or behaviors or words ; or people are too shy to utter them in public . All countries and societies have them in some form..... These are typically called "Taboos" in that particular society . It is also possible that a particular word/behavior is taboo in a country while the same is a part of a culture in another country .
