The piece you think could be a petal off a bike, if the metal part separates it is for baking, for blending your butter or lard into the flour. A great baking tool for making pie crust. 😊
I love your channel for so many reasons ! a) The cool finds; b) The History; c) Setting examples of recycling and cleaning up the canals and rivers; d) The ever growing spoon collection ?; e) Getting raided by the cops; f) The infectious and quirky sense of humor or g) All of the above plus the round-up and a T-shirt !
Happy Birthday Glen . 35:24 - Not a pipe tamper, an ear spoon or a cuticle tool. IMHO a spoon device for scooping and cutting Peruvian Marching Powder, or possibly a chemists tool. 37:25 Nice old tinners (Sheet metal) hammer. 37:44: Please check the RR hammer head for Gandy Tool Company as the mfgr. It may be faint on the hammer. Try soaking it in Molasses & water or Muratic acid for a while to remove the rust. Marie- Nice find on the BB gun. I think it is fairly old, based on it looks like pot metal. Beautiful cleanup on the gas light timer. A great display piece.
Nice finds guys, was waiting for my bus last week when I spotted you, seen you this morning going to town and back to work. Cleaning the environment is what you guys do from the bridge. Proud of you clean our rivers and canals.
You never fail to bring an amazing video week in week out.History galore, laughs a plenty and you’re all such a brilliant team.Marie you do an amazing job with these videos, well done and thank you ❤️💙👌
Super amazing video this week, Peakys. Marie, you are smooth as always with the historical finds explanation ❤ You are a natural. 😊 Glen that t shirt made me laugh so much!! Great sport for wearing your birthday gift from Steve. Mr Fox, I love how you rave and rant lol 😆
Strange item (nail cleaner/ear wax cleaner) I think is actually a marrow scoop, with the pointy knife end been used to scrape the marrow from the bone and scoop end to pull it out...
Oh Glen what have they done to you 😂 Steve on a t shirt thank you so much to wake up and watch you guys and when the finds came on I nearly wet my pants laughing 😂 🤣 😆 😂 sending my love ❤️
Brilliant T-Shirt ... Aren't you lucky it wasn't Mr Fox on it🤪.... What did you do with the bench? I hope it was good enough to keep and clean up! Some really good finds, a shame the musket turned out to be a chisel, I've had a few of those finds myself. I'm still waiting for my name to be pulled out, I'll be back on next Sunday at 3pm to give it another go! Stay Safe & Keep Pulling!! ☘
Another cracking video guys, the metal scraper thing It's not for your nails it's for modelling clay, I used one in art class once. Keep up good work guys
Hello everyone I can’t wait to see the finds and what’s up with who is watching and why.😮. I have been watching quite a long time and I see nothing wrong. They clean up after themselves they’re not bothering anyone they’re not in anyone’s way. It sure does not say no magnet fishing in this area, so what’s up I guess we’ll find out sooner or later…love watching 😊
Hi Peaky's :) what another great haul of unusual but interesting items , I was thinking that the big bolt thingy that Glen thought was part of a car, could be a tension gathering bolt for mainstay cables possibly ? looking forward to your next hunt and the finds you get from checking the crud :) stay safe and have fun :)
Hello from Canada's Yukon territory. Been watching your very entertaining show. Just wanted to say thanks for sharing your finds with us all. Would love to try magnet fishing here because I'm sure with all the history here with the Klondike gold rush of 1898 there's lots to be found.
I wonder if the cities or towns appreciate all the trash you clean out the rivers and waterways! I know London has a canal cleaning and other draining of waterways to clean out the old scooters, and bikes. Not to mention the odd bits of large metal. I hope you get recognized for the work that you do! At 36:12 that is, I think is to hold an insulator. The wire goes up the center to the top, the insulator sits on the notched place the wire wraps around the insulator and the whole thing is screwed to a pole. At 38:43 the light metal with the rod forming a D shape is the stand that is part of a scooter to hold it in place, I think.
will you please post the other Peakys channels? I would like to see the clean ups after everyone does them please. Thank you again. It is always fun to watch your pleasantness. God Bless
Mrs Peaky found vintage motorbike forks. On American Pickers, well-vintage motorbike (and pedal bike) parts are worth hundreds and occasionally thousands. Mr Peaky keeps saying he wants to do different things on this TH-cam channel. He could buy a van get the big items appraised by experts. Remember the WW2 US radio?
Might be funny that they saw the toy gun but, I’m not keen on all the spying on the public, but different country, for us here because we can legally carry
The (smasher) as u described it looks like a leg from an old wood burner or boatman arga . If you were to look round the base, you’ll probably see two lugs broken off where the bolt would go 👍
Lmfao at that birthday top brilliant peakys That small tool with the blade looks something scientific tool, the blade to cut an organism and the flat end for powders I'm sure that's we're I've seen one maybe
Hello from the States! Curious….what magnets do you use and where can I purchase one? They appear to be stronger than the ones sold here in the States. Live your channel!!!
Hi there, We use a company here in the uk called online magnets, they have a brilliant range. We use what's called the evolution 80, light weight but very strong 1000 kg in pulling power, not sure in pounds xx
The stone bridges are really hard and have jad cars drive into them and everything in the 1000 years they've been there x The crud is a lot softer than it looks in the vids xx
Happy belated birthday Glenn...
hello Peaky's... glad to see Nic is back....
Love that lightening rod 😍
The piece you think could be a petal off a bike, if the metal part separates it is for baking, for blending your butter or lard into the flour. A great baking tool for making pie crust. 😊

Maybe it's a tool from a potter, used for cutting the designs into the clay?

Love watching you guys, amazing finds. Can I ask what the numbers represent on your fingers., looks like they are newly done x
Hi Helen,
The new finger numbers are my dad's army number, when he passed I had the idea as I wanted it to be remembered x
