I used to have one of the spin animation things but instead it was the one with the slits and a mirror with a light to illuminate it It also came with a sheet to make your own animation Edit maybe it didnt have slits i cant remeber to well
What if you attached the shifting image to a lonnnnnnng spool instead of a circular disc? Then made the spool slightly transparent and projected a light beam throught it so it appears on a blank white surrface?
I wonder what would happen with magnetron if you synchronize it by putting some light gears to connect them together so the spacing is always the same.
Would've loved to have watched more.. but the 2 seconds of flashing at the beginning was enough for my epilepsy to say hey, migraine time.. seriously needs a warning..

I love what you show HOWEVER, what is wrong with leaving the text that explains it on the screen for the duration of each video? Even if it were just a single sentence, which it's not, 2 to 3 seconds isn't enough time to read it. The explanation of what we are seeing is what makes it a learning experience, not just the visuals. By leaving it up on the screen it would cause me to want to watch the entire presentation Instead of only a portion of it due to becoming frustrated and upset when I feel cheated. Heck, NO TEXT AT ALL would be better than just teasing us with only a few seconds
