Can you convert from an LLC with 5 total owners to a Delaware C Corp after collecting 1st seed round of investments? Would you advise to do so in advance and if so, in advance of the SAFE Note agreement with investor or just before the investor actually executes the fund transfer? Also, does the company lose its QSBS tax exemption status by converting down the road after already receiving raised funds?
Can a Non Resident Individual Form an SCorp? Example : Me being living in India wants to form an LLC required to do Amazon USA Business. I am learning that an LLC can be easily formed. But later SCorp is a much lengtheir process on that same LLC. Can you be able to assist?
How long does it take to not be a California resident? I've lived in California my whole life recently moved overseas to ASIA I wanna form a LLC but do not want to form in California $800 annual fee looking at other cheaper states Wyoming how long do I need to be away from California not to be considered a resident ive heard if I form in another state I still need to pay tax to Cali.
