I'm pretty sure the S and T on the output jack are for Sleeve and Tip, but it's a handy coincidence that they're short and tall 😎

@@davedixon2167 Nothing to worry about, Dave! You did a great job. Who cares, as long as it works? Not getting things together and then seaching for excuses or blaming someone else, that's dumb imo.

Looking forward to a full demo on the LP junior with that EMG PU. First impression is awesome. This pickup seems to really bring that bass to life.
That little 3D printed wrench looks like a really handy tool, gotta get one, too...

Nice tutorial 😎🎸 That emg pickup sounds pretty cool. I’ve been thinking about purchasing some new pickups for one of my basses. I’m usually a bartolini kind of guy, but I also happen to like emg pickups too. With that being said, one of my choices is a set of emg passive pickups. Especially since I personally prefer passive pickups. Other than that, great tutorial and demo on how the emg pickup sounds on that bass. It sounds smooth and punchy.

Why don’t you do a Ibanez Mikro. One that doesn’t have the fender style pick guard. Those are so easy to get into for a pickup switch out. Try one with a back cavity and show us how to change out both J and P pickups. Everyone one does vids on guitars with pick guards.

What make and model of screwdriver is that?

Not sure, but any bass guitar screwdriver would probably work. Don’t know if they make left-handed ones, though.

So basically, it’s an active pick up

Nope, it's all passive, no battery here.
