Void’s heart is like the core of a black hole, so it makes sense it takes more than a backstab to actually kill him.
I mean, isn't he technically invincible? Like he is literally the personification of a BLACK HOLE, so wouldn't he just absorb the damage? What I think is that Void can't die, but rather "runs out of battery", as you could see in Singularity. I would like to see Void get a rematch again Ultra M where A.C Void has enough and takes Ultra M to his dimension and beats the hell outta him (because he does have that power, again demonstrated in Singularity)

Mario has already defeated Super Dimentio, who had the ability to create a void that would consume all existence, and Mario could even move within the void without taking damage. So, why wouldn't Ultra M be able to defeat him?
Mario has faced Bowser several times in front of a black hole and even got sucked into one (if I'm not mistaken). He even undid the void of Super Dimentio, which had the ability to destroy existence. So I don't see why Ultra M would have difficulty, considering that he is probably superior to Super Dimentio since he possesses the souls of various Marios and Luigis (while Dimentio only fused with Luigi and the Chaos Heart artifact, becoming extremely powerful, whereas Ultra M has the souls of various different Marios and Luigis, the only disadvantage being that he does not possess the Chaos Heart artifact, which not only enhances powers but also provides invincibility to survive the void, where the invincibility can only be destroyed with the "Pure Hearts" artifact).
A song of punishment for some dealbreakers finally arrived. I guess what Nintendo company said is true. None of them ever let it slide. Break a deal, and it's a farewell for one's career.
