I don't understand why you have graphical issues they shouldn't be maybe because of your game version try re installing game preset and wine mono installer is offline installer version no internet required

I have tried it several times but the graphics bug is still there. I have the graphics fix on this game but when I open the game, the game immediately disappears from the Task Manager. I have tried installing Wine Mono without internet but when installing it did not run at all until I waited 30 minutes, but when using internet Wine Mono could be installed quickly.

I have tried reinstalling Mono without internet & it worked. But the graphics bug is still not fixed & I have reinstalled as you said
