Dryden, Ontario City Tour - Ontario's Smallest City

This video takes us on a quick driving tour through the City of Dryden, Ontario. Dryden is located in northwestern Ontario along the Trans Canada Highway (Ontario Highway 17) midway between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay. With a population of just over 7,000, Dryden is the smallest community in Ontario to incorporate as a city. Dryden's economy is fueled by the forestry industry and and the Domtar Dryden Pulp Mill dominates the skyline of the city. Sit back and enjoy the tour!!!

It's my hometown and surrounding area is my home moved to Ottawa tho, and things are changing there too fast and not in good ways. There's is much potential and so much beauty there but not alot of jobs and more crime is happening there along with drugs and they have had their share of bad things. They need more for the community there and more for kids to do in healthy ways. They really need help and assistance with many things, especially with mental health and homelessness as there's no shelters there except for a hosh house for women. The town from what I know is struggling with many things, I wish it was the way it was back then where kids could be kids and play outside but they can't anymore. It's become a bit dangerous 😢 I miss home sometimes now and again but many people can't go back because they lack in housing also and low-income housing as well.
